This restates Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund of your most recent billing cycle within fourteen (14) days of the charge by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are granted at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated for violation of our Terms or for usage in excess of a plan’s included quota.
